Use of this website and every accepted purchase are subject to these Terms of Service. The website is operated by Sleepy Owl Traders LLC under the store name woena. By using the service, a customer agrees to these terms and the policies linked from the storefront.

Eligibility and accurate information

A customer must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and must provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and delivery information. Account holders are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Products and store information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, ingredients or materials where relevant, availability, and prices. Screen settings and manufacturing changes may cause minor differences. Customers should read the full product page and applicable warnings before ordering or using a product. An evident listing or pricing mistake may be corrected, and an affected customer will be offered the lawful options available before fulfilment continues.

Prices, taxes, and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Customers can review quantities, prices, shipping costs, taxes, and the total payable on the checkout screen before confirming an order. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment authorization, availability review, and issuance of an order confirmation. We may reasonably limit quantities or cancel an order involving unavailable stock, an invalid address, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or an obvious error; any collected amount for a cancelled item will be refunded.

Payment

Shopify and the selected payment provider securely process payment credentials, and the store does not receive a customer's full card number. The customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected method and authorizes the displayed total. A payment provider may conduct authentication or fraud screening and may decline a transaction under its terms.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and delivery charges are governed by the Shipping Policy. Eligibility, condition requirements, exclusions, return costs, and refund timing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. The customer should review both policies before ordering.

Acceptable use

Users may not disrupt the website, evade security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy store content for unauthorized commercial use, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, misuse checkout, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, providers, or legal rights.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Store branding, text, graphics, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Links, payment services, and applications provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by us except to the extent required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, non-essential website functions are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside reasonable control. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, severability, and governing law

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date and will apply prospectively as permitted by law. These terms are governed by Texas, while customers retain mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence.
